Accepted Answer

Check-in time for rooms begins at 3:00 pm on the arrival day, and check-out is required by 10:30 am on the departure day. Question 6

Do you have accessible rooms for wheelchair users?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, our hotels only have limited facilities for guests who are confined to a wheelchair or are unable to manage 6-10 stairs. This is due to the age and location of the properties. All reasonable and appropriate measures have been taken to assist access within the hotels. All hotels offered by Waterside Hotels do have at least two customer lifts, that are regularly maintained.

Question 7

When does the Pre-Authorisation return to my bank account?

Accepted Answer

The pre-authorisation is just a holding payment and never actually leaves your account. The pre-authorisation will be lifted from your account once all housekeeping and maintenance checks have been completed on the day of your departure. The release of the pre-authorisation varies depending on your chain of bank, but typically returns within 3-5 days. However, in some instances, banks can hold the payment for up to 28 days.
